Kommercial Rotisserie Smoker Like the CT, the Kommercial Rotisserie Smoker is road ready but it can be either skid or caster mounted. It has a 9-gallon water jacket and also includes an offset firebox and an offset worktable. This smoker has 6 11"x43" rotating trays, a thermometer and fold down side table. Avaialbe in single or double wall insulated. The kommercial Rotisserie is skid or caster mounted.

The Big K Kombo Kooker w/Oven Provides the ability to grill with direct heat or smoke with indirect heat. The cooking chamber has a separate firebox with an adjustable air intake to control the cooking temperature for smoking. A water jacket, located above the firebox, forms steam to keep meat moist. The BK provides the "S" pattern of smoke by positioning the cleanout shovel in the middle of the grill. The BK is very versatile for competition or commercial cooking. A cook can smoke on one side and grill on the other, smoke on both sides, or smoke on one side and use the other portion to keep your meat warm for serving.

This will give you a wide range of options. It is equipped with four 10"x36" rotating trays on one end and a Kombination smoke/grill box on the other. You can smoke on both sides or close the Kombo unit and use it for grilling.

The BT ( or Trailer Mounted Bonanza) with a warming oven provides a smoking chamber with excellent smoke pattern flow and even, consistent heat. It is equipped with four 10"x36" rotating trays a fold down table and thermometer. The trays rotate through the cooking chamber at one rotation per minute. The thermometer is positioned for easy reading.
